Role Overview
The Mitigation Supervisor leads fire and flood mitigation operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role supervises technicians, coordinates resources, and supports Project Managers while maintaining strong customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor mitigation technicians
• Deploy and manage resources across job sites
• Provide on-site technical direction and coaching
• Coordinate schedules with Project Managers and Contents teams • Track and maintain mitigation equipment
• Perform mitigation activities including water extraction, drying, demolition, and remediation
• Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
• Experience as a senior mitigation technician or supervisor
• Restoration certifications (WRT, fire/smoke, microbial, asbestos awareness preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
