Role Overview
Mitigation Technicians support fire and flood response efforts by performing hands-on restoration and remediation work. This role offers variety, skill development, and opportunities to grow within the restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and debris removal
• Assist with contents handling and cleaning
• Support minor repair work as directed
• Maintain safe and organized job sites
• Deliver professional customer service
• Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications
• Restoration experience preferred; training provided
• IICRC certifications an asset
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
