Role Overview
Contents Technicians help restore personal and commercial belongings after disaster. This role combines hands-on work with customer care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Pack-out and pack-in contents from damaged properties
• Clean and restore contents using specialized methods
• Document and inventory items accurately
• Communicate with clients throughout the process
• Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
• Experience in restoration or cleaning preferred (training provided) • Strong attention to detail and organization
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license
