Role Overview
The Construction Supervisor oversees restoration and rebuild projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role leads crews and subcontractors, coordinates with clients and consultants, and supports Project Managers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor construction crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate schedules, site safety, and resources
• Ensure work meets contract requirements, codes, and company standards • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and consultants
• Identify and resolve site issues collaboratively
• Support documentation, cost tracking, and project reviews
Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction or site supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple trades and BC Building Code
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and plan reading
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid BC driver’s license; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
